Ah the physio. I’ve started seeing one for my shoulder post operation. Last time she supplied me with a brace. After 4 hours I was in pain. Set me back. Next visit I think we need to discuss tape. I have tons of the stuff! 🙁 I’d rather be seeing my Osteo but that is £45 a session. Physio is NHS.
