And that's where we the constituents come in. Pick the right candidates and then hold them to it. Get on the phone, out in the streets, or in town halls. Make them keep promises (as best we can, cause politicians are going to politician).

Suing the "agency" means suing the taxpayers. The actual criminals, the agents & their bosses, are in no way affected by lawsuits & will continue their reign of terror until people start suing the individual agents & their bosses & making them pay out of their own pockets.
