In the Warren Court era, Trump v. Barbara would have been a 9-0 with a short, to-the-point per curiam opinion upholding birthright citizenship as a fundamental right. The only real question under this Court was who would dissent, and the only surprise was that Gorsuch joined Thomas & Alito
