third party community run labellers are the intended solution for this AFAIK (which came about *years* ago) here's two of the ones that I know label AI content (and if you're subbed to the labeller, and a post isn't labeled, report it to them!) bsky.app/profile/aimo... bsky.app/profile/labe...
