The climate crisis is now having a tangible impact on the nations that caused it more than any others. This presents a real opportunity to bring about change in the factors driving the crisis. This paves the way for greater climate justice. Uncomfortable but necessary. We have to act.

Those nations have a tendency to solve their problems either by their wealth, by economic extortion, or sheer force, all on the disadvantage of poorer or less powerful nations. So be prepared that EU and USA to st least drive up the price for wheat, with hunger being other peoples problem.

That is quite right - neocolonialism, exploitation, wars, patriarchy, and the stoking of racist fears are the tools of power they use to destroy people and nature, both here and there.

In this case, we‘re not even in the field of ideologic conflicts or economic interests anymore - it‘s going to be all about survival. Taken into account what humans were able to do for either oil, or capitalism, or both I truly fear we haven‘t seen the worst of our species.
