You know what might be kind of a real deck? Garp with an elbaph package, Loki is just a strong payoff, as well as now giving you more of a reason to run the new starter deck luffy. Also if I'm not mistaken you should be able to play st01 brook or op01 Luffy off of the new 8c Luffy.
