It's a very reasonable fear. Pregnancy is damned dangerous and there are a LOT of ways it can go wrong Some of of the ways it can go wrong will kill the women involved. Some just kill the fetus, and if that happens, she better hope her body ejects it. Otherwise she dies, too It's DAMNED dangerous
