Topside, roast potatoes, glazed carrots, sautéed Swiss Chard and of course a Yorkshire Pudding. Coloured in a pan and then cooked at 80c until 52c in the middle. Evenly pink and melt in the mouth. No grey ring. Lots of happy faces for early Easter lunch with 18 and 8 #CookWithIsh 1/2
