Recently visited São Paulo and it was a beautiful, wonderful experience that I highly recommend. I also, in just a few days, gained a great deal more intense firsthand appreciation for the Clean Air Act. I’d never been somewhere with such bad air pollution and it shocked me how noticeable it is.
