You said there was a difference between cabinet secretaries and senators and I asked if it was in regard to grahams sister while posting a link showing she will be acting in the capacity of a senator NOT a cabinet secretary. If anyone moved it, that would be YOU!

And from what I’ve seen the rules that were recently changed in Kentucky by Mitch gutting the power from Beshaer weren’t codified. Again, putting in an interim until Mitch comes back would force the hands of republicans on his condition. Or just call fora formal investigation into the disappearance

That's not what you saw. Mitch isn't a state law maker, so he can't gut any legislation Beshear signs into law. Also, Beshear is the governor; he cannot codify anything. It's the legislature that codifies things.

I never made any of these comments. Mitch changed some laws to keep beshaer from replacing him because he knew he was in his way out. They were recent laws and only after Beshaer won. The laws Mitch passed supposedly weren’t codified meaning Beshaer could replace him. Why are you defending Beshaer?

None of that is true. The 2024 law is the law. It prohibits him from making an appointment under any circumstances. Even if he had that power, which he does not, the seat is not vacant, and no one has the power to declare it vacant. Crack a book.
