Leaving aside that this "2.0" is only coming about in the wake of the Fallout of the Mandelson scandal, it's a teeny bit insincere to go from Enoch Powell style speeches and aping reform whilst showing sneering disdain for anyone who disagrees to singing "why can't we be friends"
