!!!! this is so real. i had to call like 4 different pharmacies to find one that had adderall from a non-Mallinckrodt manufacturer bc their generic does not work on me, it was a nightmare. and im doing all that while unmedicated!! and the whole time i had to fight the CVS robot to leave a voicemail

im lucky that i don't get brain zaps like my gf when i run out of duloxetine, but i still get weepier and more irritable within a week (without me noticing lol), so it's in everyone's interests to keep my meds stable, and yet. the pharmacy can still be an obstacle lmao.

Mine is primarily for OCD so when I run out of SSRIs I get the mother of all intrusive thoughts. A fucking Vision, deeply unpleasant. Really wish we had proper supply chains for meds here.
