Longer seasons, less to choose from, actual event tv. It had its advantages but the quality, especially without cable, could be bad. CBS was really hard to tune in for me. Yet I’d watch it on a shitty B&W and I was fine with it. Best of all? No 24 hour news.
BrendelIt’s hard to explain but tv was better when you couldn’t watch the show you wanted whenever you wanted to watch it and most of the shows were worse and the TVs were worse and the entire experience was worse, that’s when it was better
