The Republicans are the KKK party. They don't burn crosses on folks' lawns much anymore; they just arrest them, throw them in camps & torture them while taking their stuff or leaving it for their white neighbors to steal. Such is always the way for totalitarian, kleptocratic regimes.

Ohio has been electing Klan Republicans the past decades, even as those politicians destroy their jobs. Its economy & industries have been trashed by them & Ohio currently ranks 39th in state economies w/ rapidly falling wages. The ethnic cleansing purge of Haitians will destroy it further. 2/

Haitians, who overthrew their slave owners & then have remained impoverished after almost a century of US controlled/funded oppression, are a highly contributory & accomplished Black Latino immigrant group in the US. For white supremacists like the Republicans, that's a problem & a target. 3/

For the last ten yrs, w/ Trump in the lead, Republicans have been going after Haitian immigrants as a specific group, aiming to destroy their protected status & impose deadly control over immigration laws. In the 2024 campaign, propagandists targeted them & Trump & Vance pushed the demonizing lies.

That helped them win the Presidency bc white folk voted for that in wide numbers & gave license for Republican officials & legislators to demonize BIPOC immigrants & citizens as inferior, threatening vermin to be eliminated, their possessions seized. 5/

Wages are stagnant. Most white folk are poorer w/ lousy education, job & career prospects & poor healthcare. The income gap is off the charts. Billionaires are polluting w/ abandon not seen since the 50's. But BIPOC are targeted, blocked, arrested, stolen from & lower status, so that's the goal. 6/
