Oh yes your right about the homelessness it's shocking, but you should see Bristol, I've never seen anything like it. Agree that we need to do something about it, I don't know what though.
'The city has never been better' and 'the homelessness is shocking' are mutually exclusive positions, bud. What you mean is it's never been better for people who can afford to live in the gentrified areas. Say it proud.
Not mutual exclusive at all, better is relative to the how it was in the past. There has always been some homeless and poverty in Manchester. I'm just acknowledging there is always more we can do to be better still.
