That's what I like about the steam deck, I'm able to play genshin and infinity nikkie while I'm out of town. Then once I'm home use my ps5 on the TV. And I agree I'm not a fan of cloud gaming either. Feels very temperary and like you don't own the game u bought. Just temp access to it.
