The historic increase happened for many reasons. The Covid pandemic, droughts, hurricanes and diseases like bird flu, tariffs on foreign products like coffee, tomatoes, chocolate and Ukraine war. The fresh conflict in the Middle East accelerates food price inflation again this year. #Affordability
