Extremely worried about my elderly aunt, who has a broken jaw from a fall, and Palmerston North Hospital has told her to catch a bus Palmy to Hutt Valley on her own today to get surgery, and bus back after - my aunt is forgetful, has no cellphone (we've tried) on one of the coldest days of the year
