"I got injured fighting Uchiha Madara" would definitely cause a big flutter with Sarada’s set of classmates.
That's what I mean. They most likely don't know who Madara is, so they'd be confused at learning that this big enemy of the war most of their parents fought in was an Uchiha.
They'd want to learn more and it'd put Sarada in an awkward position.
