We. Do. Not. Vote. On. Rights. That's what makes them rights. The issue is about trans rights, and the rights of all people. As soon as you allow people to vote on them, or to allow public opinion to determine who has them, they're not rights anymore. Popular sovereignty = a slaver's strategy.
