I learned a lot! I used to get scared when people showed interest in my art cuz back as a teenager and early 20’s my art was not very good because my art style was controlled and it stunted my growth I am now happy people like my art because it’s underneath my control now! They like it for me!

As in being scared I didn’t think people genuinely liked my art I felt like there was always a different motive or people were always lying to me to make me feel better 🙈 I still struggle with that but man we keep trucking and smile instead

As well as controlled I’m not blaming anyone, I noticed I tried to pander to what seemed right at the time, it absolutely ruined my art growth 💔 always draw for you
