The Rumor Mill says Mitch is deceased. Wouldn't they love to produce a video and show all of us doubters that he's alive and well? Would love to see it. OTOH, I'd like to see if the Court would uphold the KY Constitution and tell those Rs their law limiting him is unconstitutional.
