I have personally refused to buy any item that originates in Israel, that includes fruit or any other produce. I hope those who sell retail have to throw away rotting or expired goods so that they realise people do not want to buy anything from Israel.

The EU-Israel trade deal is a real point of leverage that keeps getting talked about but never actually used. Israel relies heavily on that access to European markets, so this isn’t some symbolic gesture it would genuinely bite.

The EU should break off all trade with any country committing ethnic cleansing—which of course currently includes Israel.
