Just remembered — for all of those switching to the Blacksky app, the “require alt text before posting” setting is device and app specific. So you’ll have to go in and turn it back on under Settings > Accessibility

I saw there's an app beta now. I don't know a lot about it but do I have to apply for a handle there? Like to migrate over? I know I saw there was like a waitlist before. Please educate me I want to know more!

afaik you can just do it... idk about a waitlist but it seems like the links still work? when I moved over I used this guide and it worked quite well. docs.blacksky.community/info-about-b...

under "Migration Guide" heading in the link I just posted, is a link to move.blacksky.community which will probably tell you right quick if there's any issue with moving
