If Kaleidotrope had submissions readers other than myself, I would be much more likely to ask for content warnings in cover letters.

Anecdotally, I had to stop reading a market because they didn't include trigger warnings and I lost a couple of hours to dissociation after reading one of their stories during my lunch hour a few years ago. I like the way some markets make the warnings revealable so you can skip them.
