Lisa Needhamthere's no existing mechanism i can think of to stop the USAO/DOJ game of indicting people and then walking it back. sanctioning prosecutors doesn't make the wrongfully indicted person whole, nor does bar discipline. the threat of those things is so attenuated it isn't deterring them at all.
