At least Dubya was smart enough to attack Iraq, a far weaker opponent than Iran. The Strait will remain closed until Iran decides to open it. There is no path to victory in Iran for Trump. Negotiations are pointless. If he wasn't so stupid, he'd simply declare victory and stop attacking them.
