Metal slivers turned up in Ukrop's baked spaghetti and chicken cobbler after someone actually bit into one, and the company found more in the pans supplied to them. This hit Kroger, Publix, Harris Teeter, basically everywhere across four states. Check your freezer before you reheat anything.

If yo have toxic food produced by any US company, throw it out and go get something prepared in a country with real scientists protecting the food sources.

Is this related to federal cut backs on food inspections?

Possibly, but this looks more like a manufacturing defect with the aluminum pans themselves. That said, fewer inspectors means problems like this take longer to catch and get reported. Hard to say it's unrelated when the safety net has been thinned.

Thank you.

It was caught in-house, and self-reported to FDA. So, I'd say, no.

Thank you.

I guess they just want us all to starve to death...no food is safe.

Why’s God always trying to poison our redneck countrymen?

Somehow gutting regulations, removing vax requirements, and stopping food testing has turned into country wide emergencies. I’m sure there’s a connection somewhere…..

Husband and I have been reverting to old school food prep. We make our own freezer meals now.

RFK said this is a great way for people to get more iron in their diet.

I am sorry that so many people lack the basic idea of HOW TO COOK. How hard is it to make Baked Spaghetti at home instead of paying the much higher price of buying it premade? Don't complain about the cost of food is you keep buying things like this. I could make Baked Spaghetti when I was 10

These companies only act like they have integrity when there is oversight. All pray to the almighty dollar.
