Horrors. I think R planned it like opec. R releasing them was planned. Middle east wanted R in bc he supported oil. Carter supported renewables. It was horrible and we cared deeply but it was planned so carter would lose

We had interest rates of 17%. OPEC was causing oil problems. They wanted Carter out. It was obvious. He was a super president and cared and was honest. I voted for him twice and would again. R always cheat. www.brookings.edu/articles/the...
