The death toll from the Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast on July 24 has risen to 11, according to the Office of the Prosecutor General. A 66-year-old diplomat of the Order of Malta died in hospital from injuries sustained in the strike on a weapons exhibition in the Bucha district.
