Thanks to OC GM Rick Leary for this morning’s chat while using the bus and train (I rack and rolled). We talked about reliability, last-mile, frequency and station safety and I was glad to outline my priorities for transit.

On the topic of last-mile, the city really needs to reevaluate this in the TMP. The TMP argues for the Airport Parkway even though line 2 runs parallel. To paraphrase, most trips start or end over 1-2km from the airport parkway, so people need cars. Frustrating
