I hope that Representative Joyce Beatty, who filed the lawsuit, goes back to the judge to get that tarp down immediately. There has to be confirmation that his name is off - right now, the KC Board is saying they're evaluating "legal options" in hopes of putting it back on.

Yikes! I've not read that. But it's been nearly a week now, and that tarp is still there and neatly tucked up over doors. So he's defiling the JFK memorial even more and obscuring JFK's name. I've not heard a thing about that freaking tarp looking like it's there permanently. 😡
