Ok, come on, don't we need the Jewish Space Lasers or somthing to arrange a hurricane 🌀? If my friend to do that, there's a specific area of south Floridumb I'd suggest they aim it at. Possibly some tornadoes, pinpointed? Anyway, I'm sure they could come up with something effective!
