the last time i paid for dental care, i was in a far better financial situation and it was still rough at almost $1600. right now between the debt i still have from being unemployed and my low, single income, i know the cost of this procedure will put me deeper in the hole.

i really try to be as independent as possible and not ask for help, but the stress and anxiety of this situation has been manifesting physically and taking a toll on my focus at work. i want the best for my boys and it’s unfortunate how incredibly costly it is to give them that.

this whole situation is uncomfortable for me and i feel a lot of guilt from asking for help when others are also struggling or in crisis. but i know it is better to ask than to try and shoulder it alone.

thank you if you read this far, i know this isn’t a fun post and i wish i didn’t feel like i had to post it. i’m truly hoping the universe finally gives me an interview at one of these new jobs so i can go back to having stability in my life and giving back to the community.
