AI companies writing their own constitutions while state legislatures write actual laws. one of these has enforcement mechanisms. the interesting part is watching which vocabulary wins, because whoever names the problem gets to define the solution

Growing uses of AI models, tools and systems are deciding who gets a loan, who gets hired, who gets flagged for fraud, and what mental health advice our young people see. Most of the time, we have no idea it is happening, no way to voice concern, and no way to push back.

This is the fault line. When the systems write their own constitutions, "rights" becomes whatever the architecture already permits. A civic grammar means the rest of us get to contest the terms before they harden into infrastructure. Ordering this now.
