Since 18ish? I started smoking at 16, used chew if my parents could smell the smoke, still smoked when I knew I had enough time between seeing them that they wouldn’t smell it, started vaping on top of smoking… quit vaping and smoked instead from like 22-28, then quit smoking and went to vape/gum.
