Maybe the Feds will try something, but only if they can show that a Federal law was broken. This isn't going to be a snatch-n-grab from a Home Depot parking lot by masked Feds, it's going to be a full-on confrontation with Illinois LE at state and local level. Maybe they try, maybe they don't.
