As someone whose actual hobby is "paperwork and compliance help for c4 orgs", I wasn't prepared for how much this is going to take me to get over. Every group I've volunteered with stayed as a c4 *specifically* for advocacy and endorsement...and then this just kinda...happens.
Ryan PackerTree Action Seattle, a sponsored organization of the Seattle Parks Foundation - a 501(c)3 org - put up an Instagram post last night promoting candidates who had been endorsed by TreePAC. I do not believe that little disclaimer at the bottom is going to cut it here.
