If I had a dollar for every uninformed person calling wasps bees, I’d have a lot of money for coffee. Most of these people wouldn’t know a real wasp from a honeybee if it stung them repeatedly (something bees don’t do mostly) on the bum (which many wasps can do). The universal emoji for wasps is 🐝 🤦♂️
Yes, and I remain a huge fan of wasps! A privilage to have them in garden, just wish nest entrance wasn't above shed door. The nest is in cavity in roof, they have been removingbthe polystyrene sheet insulation, one bit at a time! I will unscrew ceiling panel in winter to see what they have created.
