My mom bought me a gift sub to a Condé Nast magazine last Aug but accidentally put her address for delivery. I called in Sept to correct. I’ve called 8x since + emails. They still haven’t figured out how to change the addy & get me a single issue A YEAR LATER. Magazine biz can’t afford this shit.
