Manga Platform & Publisher Omoi announced at #Otakon26 they licensed Delinquent Detective: Sukeban Deka by Shinji Wada for exclusive digital distribution on their platform. Omoi will also add 54 titles from Kodansha, with volumes purchasable through the Omoi platform
