Yes. I would say it's helpful to also actually engage with the contents of the criticism rather than the caricature of the critic you have created to reify why they are a bad person, actually. (Note the quote posted person absolutely did not do that -

Certainly we can use more reminders of the value of modeling humanities criticism in college/uni courses (and also, it's tragic to see such conversations so often remain confined to the classroom).
