Always love to be reminded that Content ID on YouTube is not a serious system reflective of actual copyright Content ID thinks that Frank Ocean's record label owns the ps1 startup sound because there's a song that samples it I doubt that @playstation.com sold that sound, gotta be honest

Pokemon Red music is copyrighted by some rapper who played it with his friends on a bonus CD. It's not even music, but copyrighted with music ID. I really wish the music industry had lost that whole Napster vs Metallica thing ya know

My favorite is still Monstania (SNES RPG) getting flagged with some random dude's nature recording sounds, since apparently the text advance sound is similar to...birds chirping? Clearly, I had nothing better to do than sample birds for every dialog box. (It's a solid idea, to be fair.)
