Giving a gas tax holiday on Fed tax would only cost more later since the .19 Fed tax hasn’t caught up with the higher maintenance costs today … Those funds are sent to the states& pays for 40% or more of their transportation budget… so if insolvent would be less for states and higher state taxes .🤷♀️
