I've been saying this for years. Trans women take the same damn meds cis women who are intersex or have unwanted high T levels take, because secondary sex traits are caused by hormones everybody's body makes. Trans women are women unless cis women are also not women.
national emergency salt reservemy sister is trans and it is so absolutely ridiculous that she has a much harder time getting prescribed the same or a similar medication for much, much stronger dysphoria caused by a more severe case of same underlying issue (testosterone level that is elevated for a woman)
