Hey, @andyburnham.bsky.social - you are absolutely dead fucking wrong about remote interviews. Interviews should not be about performing for a crowd, they should be about competence. Doing that severely disadvantages neurodivergent and disabled candidates. Don't be such a fucking boomer.
