Haha there really isn’t a “crap” part of CH but I’m probably familiar with the exact building you’re talking about. There are also several complexes on Stanton Ave in the Mt. Airy/CH area. Rox has gotten crazy developed and more expensive in the last 2 decades because it’s so close to CC
