Just got a rent renewal offer in Marcy-Holmes with zero increase in rent through Aug 2026. Adjusted for inflation, my rent will have *gone down* 8-10% in real terms vs 2022 when I moved in. $795 in 2022 vs $825 in 2026. Grateful to everyone who has worked on housing abundance here over the years!
