I guess that the only “redeeming” aspect of this is that Metro Detroit transit gets an unserious amount of money (compared to say, Chicago, Charlotte and Columbus which are sucking up all of our graduates) - in a perverse sort of way. There is only one card to play - the City of #Detroit.
