Yeah. It is a real chicken-or-egg thing now IMO. Because I think to get moving economically, we are going to need to have density somewhere in Detroit that can prop up everyone else. Of course, being from the South Side of Chicago… not like the gains from The Loop are available to all Chicagoans.
